I know that making the decision to start counselling can feel intimidating, but I want you to know that it’s a brave and worthwhile step toward the change you’re seeking. I work with children, youth, and adults, helping them navigate personal challenges such as anxiety, body image, disordered eating, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed practices like IFS, DBT, ACT and Somatic Therapy, with a focus on nervous system regulation.
What really matters to me is creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. I believe deeply in the potential for change and growth, no matter your starting point. We’ll work together to disorder your strengths and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
